Brood: 1-3 Carriers. you can chose between 1-3 carriers as one fast attack choice, but each carrier can deploy independently on the battlefield and act as single models.

Bio-Weapons: none

  Biomorphs: winged

each Carrier must select 1-2 Scourge broods

Scourge Brood........50pts

Scourge Broods:

each scourge brood consists of 5 Scourges and are Winged. and they are Subject to Fleet as described in the 40k rulebook

Suicide creatures:

these little pests attacks a victim with high speed, impaling the victim and injects corrosive acid with a high pressure, making the victim and itself explode into a spray of acid.

to detonate a Scourge you need to charge, and fight in initiative order as normal. if a Scourge hits it's close combat attack and succeeds to wound, the victim is impaled(the model in base contact, only one model regardless of how many there is in contact). this victim model is killed outright with no armour save, in addition, place the small blast marker on the victim, hitting all models under with a strenght 3 AP - hit. models partly under is hit on a 4+.

remove the Scourge once detonated. if the enemy Kills a scourge, in close combat or by shooting. roll a D6, on a roll of 4+ it explodes, if the roll fails had had been hit on a weak spot and dies without detonating. if the templete is covering Scourges it Won't cause others to be harmed at all,and no detonating chain reactions.if scourges miss their close combat attack there is no effect, unless a enemy kills it and its lucky to detonate. Scourges Never gain bonus attacks for charging since its a one-sting atempt only per close combat round.

the following models can't be killed outright if impaled: Monstrous creatures, multi-wound models (ogryns and similar), any unit with Armor values.

Attached Broods:

each Carrier can have 1-2 Scourge broods, they are held in cocoons on their body. the Carrier counts as a single model until the broods are detached. to detach a brood you just need to decide when. it works like disembarking a vehicle. if the Carrier have moved and unleashes the brood, they can't move that turn (they can use their Fleet however). and if the Carrier is stationary they can detach and move.
